Dear team,

How is the post committee freedom...except sibin n alex.... hope u r all having fun. Achen had stopped me last week and sternly  informed me the fact that we r the only group left to finalize the accounts. It has to be done this week before the annual general body.

As things would have it,  I am flying out tonight for my cousins wedding. Will be back only next month. So I will not be able to coordinate this. Nibin, please take over and I request everyone else to support as much as possible.

1.We are waiting for anish to finalize the accounts. Anish is on it.
2.The committee must be called with achen to review the same.
3.The accounts must be sent to jinju for auditing. ... she will take one day.
4.A general body of the yf must be called before the church general body meeting...preferable a weekday or such to pass the same.

We are way late. So pls help. Not doing so will cause problems for the yf in many ways.

Is it required to have a YF General body before the church General Body its happpening this Friday. That is like way too tough timing.

Samuel confirm on the dates. A-GB on 27th June or 4th July.

In a capsule (if on 27th June) from what I can understand, the committee has to get-together in the next two days, before wed.

Monday, Tuesday OR Wednesday. Thursday will not be possible as achen will not be available...

We as a committee decided to have the accounts discussed at the committee. It was not done before. If if don't wanna...We can push it.

But....we still need the accounts ready and the auditing then the general body of the yf.

As of present. ... The agb is on 27 June. The annual report is put up last week and the gb will be this weekend.
Yes. We have only the weekdays except Thursday and also achens availability to use of the yf general body.

If we can get the accounts completed today, give it to Jinju for autiting by tomorrow. As she said, she would require a day for auditing which means we would get the accounts auditing only by wednesday. If that is the case, would it be possible to have the AGM before thursday. 

What is our next best alternative on this ?

Hey guys,

Post committee freedom....well i still don't consider the committee being a prison of sorts...but yeah im still enjoying being in the committee tgh but yeah more responsibilities on my shoulders..well lets try to submit the accounts to Jinju atleast by tomorrow coz its not only abt the church AGM but also the new trustee is facing a bit of difficulty since the handover is not done yet n we do hve a lot of programs lined up....any support frm my part if required do let me know..

Hello All ,

               Good Morning to you. I spoke to Anish in the morning. He will have the accounts sent over to Jinju for auditing today afternoon he has promised. 

Anish please see if this can be passed off today and presented on Friday by asking Achen. 

ABcha can you please check with Achen and see if he is free to meet to have this passed off for everyone. If no meeting is possible this week, the YF General body should be done the next week or it should be passed off this Friday 15 or 20 minutes before our meeting begins and request Achen to come quickly and leave quickly as well to church.

Must admit,this reflects very poorly on all of us that this has been dragged along for so long. Now we need to get this done ,once and for all..!!

The fact that this needs to be done is true. But we cannot have achen coming for our meeting jus before the GB and have this approved by the YF GB. If we need to call a GB for the YF, it needs to be announced 2 weeks in advance especially for a thing like passing the accounts. It cannot be done on an emergency notice. But you can always approach achen and if he agrees to it, you can go ahead with this. 

We should have done this atleast a month back. Whatever said and done, this needs to be completed once and for all..

                   You are correct. Let's do this properly then and have it in two weeks.  It's the right thing to do rather than have it done haphazardly. What do you say July 11th ?? It's a Friday..and its two weeks from now...Suggestions ??

Pls confirm with achen if we can delay it so much.

The problem is that we have given the yf report in the annual report and this week is the hand off to the new church committee and representatives. So it will be an issue if anyone in the general body raises the issue that the yf has not passed the accounts yet.

If anish can inform achen that he was out of town for a very long time and that he couldnot hand it over to anyone else in between being the reason for the delay, Achen might be able to take that and inform the church GB incase a question raise. that might be able to help us.

My suggestion is that as soon as we get the accounts from anish,  hand it to jinju and call up achen. Ask him to advice on what to do.

I would suggest Anish to please call achen today and inform him that the accounts are being audited and will be completed by today. Keeping  achen informed will atleast keep YF safe and please be present during the GB this Friday.

Presenting to achen just before the GB on Friday is not at all happening since achen starts the GB soon after church service closes and theres no gap in between. Also he would have tons of other important wrks.
