Hi Team,



This Friday - 1st July - I will be visiting each Scout Hall in the District
with the Contractor who will be installing your Security Alarm and Security
lights (except Dingley Hall - which already has a security system
installed).



I need to meet somebody at the Hall - or else I need a key to access the
Hall.   If the Contractor can't get access to your Hall this Friday when
looking at each job and scoping the works, this will delay the whole
installation process.



I already have keys to some of the Halls, but will need to arrange access
with some of you for those I don't already have keys for.



Each Hall visit for scoping of works required will take approx. 15 minutes.



Our schedule is below .....



8am                 -           7th Cheltenham                      -
I don't have a key.  Need to meet you, Paul (or someone) or get a key before
Friday

- I have your Hall key but not sure if my old key to the boat shed is the
current key???

10.05am          -           Aspendale                              -
I have access

10.25am          -           Edithvale                                -
I have access

10.50am          -           1st Chelsea Heights                 -
I don't have a key.  Need to meet someone or get a key before Friday (will
attempt to arrange with Charlie tonight)
