Venturer Term 2 Snow Trip 26th - 30th June

Hi all! 

Snow trip will take place from Monday 26th to Friday 30th of June to Mt Hotham. Arrive at the scout hall 9:00am (Keeley Park) on Monday morning to arrange food, gear and transportation. We will depart from Mt Hotham around 10am on Friday, ETA on arrival back at the hall will be 3-4pm. Health forms are to be signed and provided before leaving.

Below are some details of the upcoming snow trip.

- each of the ventures have now been booked by Hung for snowboard/ski hire (each venture has been assigned an amount for hire costs)
- As we have reached the base minimum required level for booking the accommodation, food expenditures will now be added as well. We estimate this will be approximately $50 per person.
- Furthermore the cost of chain hire and petrol will be another added expense for the parents who have volunteered to  help transport to and from the mountain trips of $100 per car which totals around $25 per venture
- And lastly car entry fees are approximately $58 per car which then equates to $11 per venture
The extra total = $86
