Parent meeting tomorrow

Hi ladies (and leaders),

I will not be at scouts tomorrow as I will be working all day…..

Parent meeting please run through camp dates. Ideally would be good to aim for an early start for camp. Kids do t have school so if parents could take kids early. Let’s aim for 11 or 12noon to be at camp by 2pm.

Needs to be compulsory for all so we can start activities early.

Camp fee will be $80 per person

VENUE: Ballarat

Pax Hill Activity Centre

 ~ Pack Holiday Centre ~

DATE & TIME:

Friday 21/04 at 2pm to Sunday 23/04 1pm depart camp

FOOD:

Friday - pack own lunch.

Joeys/Cubs menu - Di will come up with menu and ask a few parents to help

Scouts and Venturers - self sufficient do not need parents help with meals

Parents - parents to come up with parents meals and also activities for parents to take part in 

Shared Sunday lunch- parents to provide for ALL

OTHER:

Scouts and Venturers will need to pack equipment and tents etc

 

Joeys and Cubs and Parents will sleep indoors. There are three bunk rooms with 6 bunks in each.

Trailer - do we need this? If so who will pull it?
