Hi,

Im on holiday during the time so wont be able to attend the meeting.
Looking at the agenda, I can only think of adding a team looking for infrastructure including accommodation for speakers and students, venue, food and vehicle coordination. Of this, arranging listing potential accommodation and pre-booking may be of immediate attention.
