Hi, Happy Friday!!

 

Will be cooking Fresh Falaphel Sandwich tonight for the first Kriya course of the year. Come join the fun:

- Help out with Intro talk & meditation: 6:30pm

- Cooking : 7:00pm

- Volunteer dinner : 8:00pm

 

Please free to drop in at anytime. RSVP so that I can buy ingredients accordingly.
