My dear ones,
I'm sharing the FaceBook message with those of you I'm not FB friends with (friend me =P ):
I just went for a silent retreat over the weekend, an Art of Silence course with John Osborne. It was absolutely amazing and transformative. What an invaluable and rare opportunity to introspect and emerge with a clarity of mind, contentment and gratitude…. My holiday wish for each and every one of you, especially the new YES+ and AOL students who have never taken an Art of Silence course, is to take this course and delve into the depths of your own mind. You may find super-fun things there you forgot you had a long time ago. ☺
It’s such a nice way to wrap up the old year by recollecting all that we have done in 2012 and by contemplating all that we want to achieve going forward in 2013 with uplifting food, a lot of rest/meditations and no cell-phone distractions.
There are two courses coming up: a very convenient one in NYC over the New Year’s:
Or for those of you who want to have a beautiful experience in the mountains of North Carolina, there will be a YES+ silence course (Dec. 28 – Jan 1) followed by fun winter activities for a few days starting on Jan. 2nd.
I'm taking liberty of copying four new YES+ students from Springfield College who came with Rahul on the course. Kelsi, Ashley, Vivette, Joe, will you please share a sentence or two about your experience?
