This program is open to all resident Indian nationals (who have completed 1 Happiness Program or 1 Part I program and are above 18 years old).

Program dates : Jan 6- 10, 2015
Latest Departure : Jan 11, 2015 latest by 12 pm
Medium for AMP : Hindi/ English
Program Contribution : (Inclusive of food and accommodation during Jan 6- 10, 2014 & program contribution) for resident Indian Nationals.

Guidelines:
1. Please send us the filled registration forms (attached) along with DDs by Nov 24, 2014.
2. Please check DD expiry date before sending.
3. Please make sure registration forms and DD reach ashram before the last date of submission.
4. Please specify participant’s details in case of senior citizen or with major illness in remarks column.
5. Credit note should not be considered as complete registration until approved by Ashram.
6. Registration with credit note should be sent in credit note format only. And balance amount of DD to be submitted.
7. Registrations for YES/AE to be filled in separate formats.
8. On the Spot registration is subject to room type availability.
9. Do not send any DD for stay.
10. Please make sure participant has done one Happiness Program (Part 1) before registering for AMP.
11. Participants can upgrade their accommodation to TWIN & TRIPLE sharing rooms on arrival at ashram (subject to availability) by paying additional contribution.
12. All the credit note requests will be processed through Apex only. Kindly inform all the concerned participants.
13. Payment can be made ONLY through demand draft (DD) in favor of "Ved Vignan Maha Vidya Peeth" payable at Bangalore. For online registrations, payment through the gateway as in the link can be done.
Note: Direct cash deposit in our a/c is not encouraged.
