Advance Course (Part-2 Course) – An Insight
The Art of Living Part-2 Course is a four day meditation course which guides one on a journey deeper into Self. It’s like a four day holiday to your body and mind allowing it to rest and rejuvenate in the best way possible.

Advance meditation course is like a journey where you go beyond the complexities of time, where consciousness becomes sharp and unbounded and you experience self in its purest form. How to Reach....???
1) Reach Haridwar/Rishikesh first
2) You can hire a cab for ashram from Haridwar/ Rishikesh,
OR,
3) You can get Roadways bus from Haridwar or Rishikesh for Tehri....get down at Place called "Gaza"..maximum by 5pm
4) From Gaza ..you can get Local bus or Local cab/three wheeler for village Faigul.. earliest by 5pm
5) On way to Faigul...on right side You will see A board written "The Art of Living Ashram"
