 U> So what is it all about ?

Me> In short - Yes!+ is a 'high voltage' life skills program. It's more of an experience, you can't really describe it.

U> Why such a big hype about 'an experience' ?

U> So, is it like yoga + personality development ?
Me> Ha ha, yes it's a bit of some simple and very useful Yoga. But, the heart of the course is 'Sudarshan Kriya'. And we don't care so much about personality, you can call it Person Development instead! The person blossoms, and the personality takes care of itself :)

U> What is Sudarshan Kriya ?
Me> Google it!

U> Hmm, sounds good. But I don't think I need such things!
Me> We had a Chinese visiting our office the other day. I offered him a Gulab Jamun. He refused. Why ? I don't like bitter things. What makes you think it's bitter ? It looks so bitter, it's black!

Me> I know, I had the same problem, but then I did sign up. And I am so glad that I did. This is sometime that you have to take out for yourself. Guess, no gain without pain!

U> Yea.. okay. But I live far, how do I travel to one of these venues?
Me> Ok. Let me tell you this one thing in life - if you look for problems, you will find 1000, and if you look for solutions - you will find 1000. What you get in life depends on what you look for.

By the way, you live in the most well connected city of the country. If you can't find transport here. You can't find it anywhere.

U> Is there an age restriction to this? I mean can i join it with friends/colleagues/spouse?
 Me> Yes, this is open to age group 18-35 yrs of age. Being young at the heart is the primary criteria :)

U> Okie, by when can I sign up?
Me> As soon as possible please. There will be no on the spot registration (do it right away).We would be having a capacity of 40 participants only.
