Art of Living-HR is setting up coordinators all over India, and we are looking for sincere, dedicated, & committed volunteers as HR Coordinators in each district and city in your state. The profile and functions of a coordinator is mentioned below.
Profile of a coordinator
- Excellent communication skill.
- People Friendly.
- Computer savvy.
- Must be able to spend 10 hours a week for Art of Living-HR.
General Functions of coordinators:
- Building Candidate database: Consistently contacting prospective candidates to create awareness about Art of Living-HR, announcing about Art of Living-HR in Satsangs, follow-ups, and gatherings.
- Building client database: By approaching prospective clients and encouraging them to recruit candidates from Art of Living-HR. We have a track record of placing candidates in various sectors, Healthcare, IT/ITES, Construction, Banking, Education, Telecom, to name a few.
- Organizing training for prospective candidates on interview behaviour.
- Screening candidates before the final interview.
- Keeping in touch with selected candidates.
