YesodJquery still using jquery 1.4

I noticed that YseodJquery defaults to using JQuery 1.4. this is pretty significantly out of date, any reason that we keep it at 1.4?

Not really. We should update it and add a comment to explain that the underlying version may change at any time. Can someone file an issue or send a pull request?
