Good morning,
I have completed my learning at FETC 2020 and let me tell you, you missed some great food.

Aside from that, I learned a bunch and saw my usual vendors and a few new ones.

Seth found an AMAZING youtube filter that can find and block in real time just the portions of the video that are inappropriate.
I found (right behind that vendor, so I am certain Seth saw it as well) a vendor making a FREE product that lets students self monitor for where they spend their time online, as well as giving the reports to the teachers. Very useful.

Here is a link to all the slide decks that were both available for legal download (no copyright infringements) AND interested me.
I divided them up a bit by category, and will likely do more organizing later.

I REALLY suggest you look over the legal section (turns out, we are all doing it wrong.... who would have figured that law as it applies to schools is convoluted and hard to do?)

For more immediate impact, I suggest you look over the data section.  These are mostly high level discussions on how to get and use the data your students and teachers are generating.  It can make the difference between spending your budget, and spending your budget on ed-tech.

Enjoy, let us all know if you find any gems, or items we should all read.

Please feel free to forward the email or just the link, its open for anyone to read.
