Assessment tools

Good afternoon esteemed group!

I am trying to decide what the best assessment tool is to invest in developing a database of bekius questions on gemara and tanach. The goal is to have something that multiple schools/classes can use and contribute to and can select questions by either selecting the amud/perek/topic they are looking for questions on or selecting the skill.

Some non-typical questions I'd like to have- I'd like to be able to have text selection questions- in other words, where students have to select of section of the text to answer the question as well as questions students need to answer by recording themselves. Matching, filling out tables would be really useful too. 

Allowing students to immediately see correct answers would be very important as well. 

Which platform do you think would be best?
