We would like to bring to your attention that we have a public jira where anyone can add new tickets anonymously to send feature requests and raise bugs.
Conditions of use:
1. Ensure that request that you are making does not already exist in jira
2. Use short distinctive titles
3. Description must be in the form of a user story and contain several real world use cases to support itself
4. Affects version is mandatory (it is especially important for bugs), Leave fix version blank
5. Set correct priority (public issues cannot exceed Major level)
6. Use improvement, new feature and bug issue types only
7. If there are related issues in jira link them (this will help to give priority to your issue)

In order to add comments to jira:
2. Set subject to "Technical Support" and input "IS000000" as contract number
3. Include jira number in the body of the message
