Hi All

i have created one user and i will assigned the role (ROLE_SMSHIPPINGADMIN or ROLE_SMMARKETINGADMIN or ROLE_SMCONTENTADMIN ) any one

in that case i am not able to login in yes-manager side(admin) Access dented page is coming .so how can i login if i have assiged the any one role written above .

please share the details.

Hi,

Assigning role is not enough, you also need to assign the shop(s) they are able to access with these roles.

Hi,

We have reviewed how roles work and it seems like currently you cannot use roles: ROLE_SMSHIPPINGADMIN and ROLE_SMCONTENTADMIN.

Thank you for reporting this. We have created jira ticket for this http://www.inspire-software.com/jira/browse/YC-805 which will be fixed for patch version 3.3.1 which will be due in 2 weeks time roughly.
