Hi,
I this on product details page? or category (product listing) page?
In any case in order for the product to be purchasable is has to have inventory options (e.g. be in stock or have preorder/backorder availability). Note that "showroom" inventory option makes products "view only".
The basic rules for properly configuring product in a shop are:
- has to be assigned to category "visible" by shop (one of the categories in the branch assigned to shop)
- has to have valid availability dates (or do not set them at all, i.e. leave blank)
- valid availability option (standard/preorder/backorder).
- inventory record (even if it is on preorder/backorder and inventory record must exist, put 0 in it, but record must be in relevant fulfilment centre)
Note that sometimes when you update the product in JAM the changes are not immediately visible due to caching. In such cases (if you want to see changes immediately) you need to evict all cache from the JAM > System > Cache monitoring > clicking red (x) button.
And lastly for the category/lister page and search pages you need a full text index built, so make sure that if you bulk import products you preform re-indexing. If you just change it in JAM then reindexing is done automatically as you edit the product records.
