Trying to Develop A Concept Note

I am happy to hear from you. I have been working on a Concept Note for
the YES West Africa Stakeholders Meeting. I have not attached any
budget to this paper. I have been getting calls from Algassim and
Lansina, urging me to work hard and come up with something that will
serve as a guide for what we want to do. I am sending this note to the
team to help scrutinize the document, make appropriate additions so
that we can forward them to the donors. Pamela, Abiyodun, Nkiru and
others, let continue from this steps to make sure our dreams come
true.
Poonam and Emmnauel, we need your support to help translate this idea
to reality.
