Dear members,
I hope that this email finds your communities blossoming like the spring around them! I am writing to you about the conference, and especially about the General Assembly.
The conference registrations of participants is coming along nicely, but not many Delegates have registered yet. Since the event is coming closer and closer, we would like to urge you to register your delegates as soon as possible. This has a two fold objective: 1) It makes it easier for us to organise the General Assembly and conference, and 2) In the beginning of May we will send out all relevant documents for the preparations of the GA and we would of course like to send it directly to all the delegates. In the attached file, you can find our delegate policy. So if you can please register before the 10th of May!

10 July 2019: Arrival date for General Assembly participants
11-12 July 2019: General Assembly (This meeting is generally for delegates, but we accept a limited number of silent observers, please write to fa...@gen-europe.org to see if this is possible)
13 July 2019: Arrival date for conference participants
14-17 July 2019: European Ecovillage Conference
18 July 2019: Departure of all conference participants latest after breakfast
18 July 2019: Arrival for RIVE Gathering
19-21 July 2019: RIVE Gathering
22 July 2019: Departure of all RIVE Gathering participants latest after breakfast
