Greetings,
My name is Kenny Moffat and I was hoping that it might be possible for
YEPPS to help us get the word out on a fund raising opportunity for
our concrete canoe team at UW. Earlier this year I attended the YEPPS
event held at Pyramid alehouse and have been looking through the e-
mails for good events to attend, but thought that a Mariners game
might be a great activity to add to the list.

Two weekends ago our concrete canoe team successfully won the regional
concrete canoe competition, making us eligible to attend the national
competition this June is San Luis Obispo, California! We are selling
Mariners tickets to the games for this Friday (May 7th) and also for
Friday, May 21st to help raise money for our travel costs to the
competition.

I am a member of the canoe team and we would greatly appreciate the
support of the local young engineers, even if it simply in the form of
attending a Mariners game! We get a percentage of the proceeds from
all of the tickets we sell even though the tickets are still sold at
face value!

I have attached a flier containing info on purchasing tickets and
