What is the License for Yepp

I searched through several pages on the website, but was unable to find the License for this software
Reddit claims this is open source, but no license is stated

You will find Yeppp! license in the file LICENSE.txt in root Yeppp! directory.
This is a New BSD license. You may also get it from the repository:
https://bitbucket.org/MDukhan/yeppp/src/d7811040811046fa64c8560071613332b1003a8c/LICENSE.txt?at=default

Yeppp! runtime library (in runtime subdirectory) has MIT license,
but you won't normally use it except to compile Yeppp!.
