Recording this Weekend

Hey guys,

So glad you're interested in recording the show this weekend! Let me know if you can do a two camera set up and I can figure out exactly how you can use sound directly from the sound system at the theater. 

The show dates and times:

Thursday, March 29 at 8:00 pm - FREE WITH HUID
Friday, March 30 at 8:00 pm
Saturday, March 31 at 6:00 pm - Victorian Ball
Sunday, April 1 at 2:00 PM

Let me know what day works best for you guys so I can make sure you're all set up with our stage manager etc. Also, we can pay you guys and we can talk more about how much you are looking for. We were thinking of doing $100 each for the show and $50 more for final editing for whichever one of you who decides to do it! We can talk more about that in person though and once we finalize stuff. 

Could you all confirm this with me by tonight or tomorrow morning? I just want to see if I can find other people if you all can't end up helping us out.

I can do editing as well.

To clarify, you'd just want the filming of one show, and it can be any show?

So it's all tomorrow (or technically today). I've rented FS5, the sound recorder and a tripod. I imagine we'd need another FS5 (no?) shoulder rig? tripod? Chrisitan, can you take care of that tomorrow?

Hey guys,

Thanks so much for your help! The show is in Agassiz Theater (in Radcliffe Yard across from Loeb Theater) and it starts at 8:00pm. If you could get there early to set up that would be great. I will be there at 6:00pm and so will the guy who can help you with sound recording. Also, the show is about 2.5 hours long (really long I know, sorry). 

I told Christian, but Oskar, the sound recording should be easy. The president of the group did it last year by hooking up a thumb drive to the sound board. So if one of you could bring an empty thumb drive that’d be great. If you don’t have one then I can bring one of my own.  Just let me know!

Could you guys get there at least by 6:30 just so you can make sure everything is set up by the time curtains open?

Hey guys, sorry for the late email. Just realizing something, 2.5 hours is a lot of recorded footage. Oskar, be sure to bring both memory cards, as you will definitely need them. I think the FS5 can take 90 minutes of 1080P for each memory card, so we should be fine.

This being said, Peryn, could you bring your memory cards too, just in case?
