Hi Elena,
Great. Sorry i can’t make it after all, but here’s what you need to do and it shouldn’t take long. First move the screens and rented tables off the ramp in the Horner room. The props cabinet, lighting cart, and any extra blue chairs not being used by the orchestra can be stacked on carts and all sent to the dressing rooms and or the shop. However do not block access to the exits in either space with this stuff. 

The scaffold will need to get pushed into the theatre right before the ball starts; and anything else I’m forgetting that might be in the way that’s too big to hide downstairs now. 

The sound system can get parked on the ramp. Remember to lock the wheels or it will roll back down. Oh and remember to tape the cables down just under the last step out of stage right. 

If there’s something you’re unsure about give Tom or I a call.
