NIHAnkara (Netherlands Institute for Higher Education), Serenus Conseil, Başkent Üniversitesi tarafından 13 Kasım 2008, Perşembe, Başkent Üniversitesi Prof. İhsan Doğraması Konferans Salonunda Influence Strategies of Turkey in EU Member States konulu bir panel düzenlenmektedir. Sabah 9.30'da başlayacak olan panelimiz 19.30'da sona erecektir. Panel dili ingilizcedir ve katılanlara katılım belgesi verilecektir. Her hangi belirli bir kitlesi yoktur.
