Dear Ozge Ogutcu,
It is with great honor and pleasure that I invite you to the 18th session of Harvard World Model United Nations (WorldMUN), which will be held in The Hague, The Netherlands from March 22-27, 2009.
Since you have indicated interest in our conference by signing up for our mailing list, we hope that you will attend WorldMUN this year and help make it the best and most diverse conference to date. Together with the host team from United Netherlands, we are devoting great efforts to make sure that the debates and discussions in committee at this year's conference are the most thorough and intricate to date. As usual, we are also putting together a comprehensive social events program that will allow every delegate to experience Dutch culture as well as the cultures of your fellow delegates.
The first registration deadline is fast approaching. This year we have instituted an early registration deadline that allows a delegation to receive priority country assignments if it fully completes the entire delegation and delegate registration process, along with the appropriate payments before November 1st. I strongly encourage you to aim for this early registration deadline and hope to be able to provide priority country assignments to your delegation. Otherwise, the regular registration deadline is December 15th.
