Monday's meeting with CEO & yesterday's letter to YEA

Dear YERWA Members,

 

Shri. Nagin Chand, Shri. Janarjan Pant, representative of Shri. Modi and myself met Shri. Arun Vir Singh, CEO of Yamuna Expressway Authority on Monday, 8th January 2018.

 

We had a healthy discussion and he agreed to include our 8 demands (out of total of 16 demands) to be listed in agenda for the forthcoming Board meeting of Yamuna Expressway Authority, which is now scheduled for 22nd January 2018.

 

We had carried a letter for the Chairman and CEO, which we modified and submitted on Tuesday. Scan of the same is attached with this post.

 

Request Shri. Janarjan Pant to kindly provide quick details of the meeting for benefit of YERWA members.

Can someone from the group enlighten me if I should hold getting the lease deed done until the board meeting is done? Or else we will end up paying GST, PLC and other unjustified demands of the authority.

I've already got a notice to get the lease deed done.

Hello Mukul,

I think we should wait till board meeting and certainly they will publish their decisions.

During our meeting with Authoriety CDO, GST and PLC should be removed after the meeting.

Mr Suri also advised to wait for couple of weeks :)
