Possession BHS-01 YEIDA

Hi, I am an allottee of BHS-01.  Can anybody tell the current status of BHS-01 and about the possession.

I received letter from authority on 29/8/17, dispatched on 24/8/17. It says that I have to get leese deed executed with in 60 days & construct with in 3 years. Although letter is silent about possession.
1 Is there any information regarding possession of sec 20 pocket U plot.
2 Can they ask us for leese deed without handing over the possession?
3 If we don't get possession then can we delay the leese deed? If so then what will be the fine/penalty.
4 If we get possession & if then we don't get leese deed executed in that condition what could be the fine/penalty.

This type of behaviour by Authority is irresponsible and amounts to joke  with  the befooled investors. The Management Committee should rise to this  occasion and give a befitting reply to the Authority.

I also allottee BHS-01, I see in site and flat, Lease Deed open, But Flat construction work not done ie white wash, window mirror, no proper road work for reach above flat and many more work pending till date. some photo is enclosed for our friends
