Don't expect anything else except a hard copy of your allotment letter by speed post or registry from YEIDA.

Today I visited authority and they told me all ltrs has been dispatched on Friday.  All of you'll receive your ltrs with in one or two days. 

And countdown of 60 days will start from Friday.

Believe me; these plots are a good investment if you're considering a long term retention of the plots. Long term means almost 15 years or less.

Also i created my account in yeida site but it is not showing due amount.. Any one has created account and can able to see the due amount?

Also queries to yeida never get answered by emails and no one pick phone... Any preferred medium to communicate with yeida authorities except meeting in person?

1 Are you going to pay PLC which is Big Amount and was never mentioned in the allotment letter or in any document initially.

2 Are you going to sign the Affidavit that you won't file any legal case against the authority.

3 What's the hurry when you have 6 months to get registry done.

4 What about people like us who paid extra Premium in market @ Rs 7000 Plus to get Corner and Park facing plot.

5 Have you visited and seen the progress on your plots ?

Last my plot is in Sec 20 Block M ( Expecting Possession letter in March)

Keeping in mind Legal framework is in pipeline

What is PLC?

2 Are you going to sign the Affidavit that you won't file any legal case against the authority?

Who is asking us to not to file any legal case against yeida? Is it mentioned in the allotment letter? 

3 What's the hurry when you have 6 months to get registry done?

What hurry you're talking about? We have only two months to deposit the plot amount.

4 What about people like us who paid extra Premium in market @ Rs 7000 Plus to get Corner and Park facing plot.

What Sumit Vohra has written is not related to RPS-2018. It is written with respect to the RPS-2009 scheme of YEIDA wherein 21000 allottees are waiting for the possession by YEIDA (only a small fraction has been offered possession).

Registration will be done after complete development of sector.

Many speed post / allotment letters are returned to authority. Their reception has prepared a list of all those letters which are returned because of one or other reason. Please visit authority before 12 noon. You will find your letter/s there. Allotee should go there himself.or send some one with proper Authorization to collect along with copy of your photo ID. I collected two letters for some one in similar fashion last week. Regards Rajesh
