No Future in  sight for YEIDA Plots.  Think Government authority also playing cramp  on common people.  Almost 60% Plots  are in Stay.

I had written to YEIDA Property manager  and has also response back  that my plot is under Stay.

My Plot is in Block M, Sector 20

To know the status of your plot, the only best way is to Write to the Property department of YEIDA.  All other people are just spreading rumours and doing nothing else

We should arrange some type of protest in front of authority office to give timely possesion, remember farmers had protested similarly recently in front of yeida office, resulting yeida to arrange ministerial meeing for increasing compensation.
We 2 should arrange protest. And demand. At least providing plots from area which authority has got possession already. And our yerwa members can lead us for this struggle

I think what Mr Neeraj is saying is worth considering and we should be a little more proactive. All members of YEIDA should seek an meeting with the CEO of YEIDA Authority and demand to know what is the Authority planning to do to resolve the grievance of the allottees.

We should mobilise the movement and raise the ante as till date there has been no official communication from the YEIDA that there is any kind of Legal proceedings going on/against our plots.

My views entirely.

authority or govt. hardly seems bothered about possession of the
plots.
We are only asking for something that we have already paid for or are
paying for.
The govt. or the authority will not act unless we make some effort to
force them do something. Authority is happily sitting over our hard

I also agree with going and meeting CEO of Yeida. I own two plots. Delay is just too much. We must meet cCEO and if required must protest. I am in Gurgaon and we can divide owners city wise and one person should take a responsibility of getting all owners from city to come at common place. Details of owners would be with moderator.
We must decide a date for meeting with Yeida's CEO. I propose coming Thursday 5th December for the meeting.

I support ravi mittal's views.

We shd plan protest in a managed way, in guidance of yerwa. Planned protest means inviting maximum members on protest date, inviting media to cover protest, preparing banners with our demands which need to be handed over to yeida officials after protest, informing local police of protest (as per rules) for maintaining law n order, place of gathering and protest, planning some negative activity to give hardline message like burning effigies of yeida and burning tyres (only to give tough message to yeida to take protest seriously, otherwise no one will hear us, remember farmers had locked up yeida office and no one could enter office which caught much media attention) and many other activites required for a successful protest.

These need to be evaluated in meeting of members and then all- out protest date be finalized under guidance of our esteemed yerwa members.

Let us not be bothered about the list!

If one is interested in one's own plot status can find the same on official web-site searching based on allotment number. I was able to fetch the status for my plot.

Hope this helps people with genuine interest for self.

I dont think any allottee should be concerned about the full list. A genuine concern of a person could be for own plot which is available on the web-site of YEIDA. I was able to find out mine serached using allotment number.

simply goto www.yamunaexpresswayauthority.com, there you will find a tab for showing a list of plots which are in-stay or not....enter your allotment number there and you will find the result.

I have also check the status but when I entered the Allotment No. message is appear there is   'Allotment Number, XXXXXX not found in the list'
