Query regarding YEIDA guideline

Dear group members

In YEIDA scheme two person from one family can apply?

If someone got married and willing to apply TWO application, Husband and wife both...Can they apply?

If husband and wife considered as one family and both can not apply, in that case can son and his father can apply?

Would be thankful is someone can clear my doubt.

Yes , you are right Mr. Akhil . the eligibility criteria for general category in form depicts that someone can apply his/her spouse name, although he/she allotted before,    but it need to be clarify from the Authority before applying.

kindly give comments on this issue those who are interested in RPS03.

Dear Sir,

Do not invest your hard earned money with these fraudulents.
Following are some facts:
1.Still possession of 21k allottes are pending since 2009, and there is no hope of possession in coming two years.
2.In new scheme brochure authority has not mentioned any possession deadline.
3.Authority clearly mentioned they can change price location or cancel allotment any time.
4.Land is not there in their possession.
5.they have not refunded the earnest Mon ey of unsuccessful allotees from last two months , refund generally takes only 15 days time.Even authority official are not responding calls.
6.Resale of plots allotted in 2008 is much cheaper than authority current allotment rate.

7.When there is no possession what we will do of dreamy appreciation.
8.Where authority is allotting these plots , that area is village area and no sign of development..visit before applying..
