YEIDA, Online payment portal

[Nitin Kaila]

The online payment portal is currently not available to make online payments.  It was earlier available with the specific payment options/categories.  As usual not reply from the queries email id. Any insights on why the online payment system is not working? 

Anybody else having this same issue ?

Just so ridiculous on YEIDA's part.  

And they are distributing checklists with deadlines for allottees to pay dues, with no concern to fix the online payment portal that was functional for a few years.

I think the problem is bigger and really frustrating for the allottee.  YEIDA is handing out checklists, but the exact amounts have to be calculated, which are not done in the checklist.  

So any mistake i.e. if you pay less or more, you are responsible for it or keep on visiting their office. These amounts have to be calculated and uploaded on the payment portal for the allotte to pay to YEIDA.  

However, I think in order for them to upload specific amounts for specific categories for specific plot sizes, on the online account website, it is not a trivial task and cannot be done at the last hour and perhaps was not been anticipated or planned, thus the reason for payment portal shutdown. Again, YEIDA is putting the onus on the allottes to pay the due and keep track of what you paid. They have washed their hands by telling us to pay by RTGS, did they publish the account number on their website, what if the money goes into some other account, who will be responsible. 

The cost to the original allottee of the 2009 at in 2019, even after paying extra-compensation is ~ 20-30% more than what an original allottee, would have planned hence saved over the years to pay until 2019, to get possession, which still looks a long way as the hidden costs just keep on accumulating.

I know there are various option of payments through bank but more secure and less additional fees is the online payment.

Plus, if we do NEFT / RTGS, how will our payment details etc get recorded against our plot.

Please ask them every point. You may meet Mr Kashyap there (Ph- 9717122488) he is taking care of payment issue (told by help desk person). NEFT/RTGS or online payment is best way as direct and no time of transfer also no additional fees. DD will attract- 2500 extra. 

He told me that once we do NEFT, we need to go the branch and fill some challan.

                I am in the same boat . I purchased the plot from an original allotee and it was under stay and not sure yet what is the status . I have already paid some of the extra payments and not sure what is the total amount is due now as the online payment system is down . Did you get any msg from authority yet as you were trying to get the status in your case ? Is there anybody who needs to be contacted specifically for this type of case ? I will really appreciate if you could please let me know.

Hi All,

Today, I have submitted my money into Authority's ICICI account. 

As the amount is more than 10L so you can not pay it through net banking so I visited my nearest ICICI branch along with Cheque book, from there I simply transferred my money in given authority account and mentioned Allotment number in remark section as Remark section has on 15 char limit then, I sent a mail to authority with UTR no and my details.

When I called YEIDA official, specifically Kashyap, he told me that there is huge email flow due to new schemes so email portal is down.

He told me to execute payment using RTGS route and then send email few days later.

You may do RTGS in one GO using AXIS bank which allows RTGS till 50L amount.

I have made online transfer to yeida ICICI Bank account mentioned on their website and sent transaction details to query.

But did not get any confirmation or even acknowledgement that payment is received .

Will they issue any letter that complete payment is done?

Respected all,

As per the information provided by the authority CR cell, the online payment portal had some technical problem. The alternate method for payment was suggested by the cell is deposit the payment by visiting at the designated banks.

If you are making the online payment to authority for your convenience. Make sure you get that updated at authority by visiting their office.

For confirmation, you have to visit ICICI bank.  They give to four page form and after filling it they give back to you one page with stamp as receiving of payment.  No other option.

Someone saying something on phone has not value. I think those who already payed through net-banking should send there details thorugh mail to authority.

We should start a twitter handle about this nuisance

1. When they have a working portal why it suddenly stopped working. I worked in IT and once you have setup the system it will work continuously. Only online facility not working is that you cannot sign-in to your account. 

2. Stopping online portal will create confusion and removes transparency; this will allow burgeoning of middleman who asks for commissions and promotes bribery.

3. People have paid their hard earned money and it should not go for the toss.

Absolutely agree. I also think that these people have purposely done this portal shutdown at a time when only last ECI payments have to be made and the next hurdle of lease deed and registration is to be done. If an allottee records are updated online logically means those are already updated in the authority paper work system. It is a big relief for the allottee who does not have to the. carry a hard copy of each transaction he/she made. 

Once the portal is shut down and a allottee cannot even login means the corrupt people can now openly use corrupt means to extort money by asking for under the table payments to not hinder work/moving the files around. 

Unfortunately people who are getting their work done by making these so called donations allow these corrupt people to foster.  

I hope strict action is taken against corrupt people, and the payment portal should be fully functional to have absolute transparency in the system.

Online Payment integration is not too much work even anyone from IT professional can do it but seems authority don't want to incorporate this.

I see discrepency for ICICI bank account number.

Earlier notification issued on 06/02/2019 has ICICI Bank account number as - 

This seems correct as generally account number start with Branch code which is 2183 in this case.

How we can rely on these information floating on YEIDA site?

I have sent full payment using RTGS route and received no update from Queries@.. email. 

Really worried about future issues, chasing YEIDA authority to prove that we have paid full amount and on time etc..

Hi All,

The Account number provided by authority was correct as I confirmed the same from ICICI Bank's Representative while transfering money from ICICI to ICICI bank but description space was only 15 character only so they suggest me to put only allotment number then after that I sent couple of mails to authority but no response.

I also raised couple of grievance on authority website but no response yet. I called to authority regarding same, they responded to visit authority with supporting documents so planning to visit in upcoming days. 

Seems they are not able to manage online portal and it shows their seriousness on the projects like Jewar Airport.
