Hello All,
This is just for info. I would urge everyone to send such letters to Authority demanding relief and pushing them from time to time.

I have sent a letter to YEA today by Speed post on my personal behalf requesting for waiver of interest on installments from deemed date of possession.
In my letter to CEO, I have assumed the deemed date of possession as Jan 2014.

I have mentioned about the hardships faced by myself due to delay in possession, bank EMIs and now extra compensation cost. In this regard, requested them to grant waiver of interest on installments from the deemed date of possession that is Jan 2014. The amount may be adjusted later against the stamp/registration and ATL costs.

It may be noted that similar waivers and reliefs have been given to allottees of BHS12/13 schemes (sector ETA-2) by Greater Noida Authority. GNIDA has granted relief of 10% simple interest to all the down-payment allottees from deemed date of possession.

Dear Sir,

I am an allottee of 300 sq mts residential plot in sector 18. The deemed date of possession of plot was Jan 2014 (that is 4 years from the date of allotment). Almost 6 years have passed and there are still no signs of possession.

I understand the hardships faced by the Authority due to land acquisition issues. The Authority in this regard has decided to compensate farmers with additional compensation. Extra cost towards compensation has been demanded from the allottees of sector 18 and 20.

I have paid the first installment of extra compensation cost on 12-Oct-2015 through Net banking via your online portal.

I would also like to bring to your notice hardships faced by the allottees due to delay in possession, bank EMIs and now extra compensation cost. In this regard, I would request you to grant waiver of interest on installments from the deemed date of possession that is Jan 2014. The amount may be adjusted later against the stamp/registration and ATL costs.
