Five new police stations in Gautam Buddha Nagar district

Five new police stations have been set up in Gautam Buddha Nagar, taking the number of police stations to 22 in the district. With this, Noida will have 8 police stations and Greater Noida 13, besides a Mahila Thana (women police station).

State government has issued the notifications and SSP has appointed the SHOs of these police stations and other staff is being posted, Gautam Buddha Nagar Senior SP Preetinder Singh said today.

Of the new police stations, two will be in Noida -- Expressway police station and Noida Phase 3 police station and three in Greater Noida -- Knowledge park police station, Ecotech 1 police station and Ecotech 3 police station.
