अथॉरिटी ने अधिसूचित एरिया में सभी अवैध कॉलोनियों को ढहाए जाने का फैसला लिया है। नोएडा - ग्रेटर नोएडा अथॉरिटी के सीईओ रमा रमण ने अथॉरिटी अफसरों को अवैध कॉलोनी व अवैध निर्माणों की लिस्ट तैयार करने का निर्देश दिया है। इंजीनियरिंग विभाग की सातों डिविजनों की टीमों को अवैध कॉलोनी व अवैध निर्माण करने वालों की लिस्ट तैयार करने को कहा गया है। सीईओ ने कहा है कि अवैध निर्माण व कॉलोनी ध्वस्त की जाएगी। साथ ही कॉलोनाइजरों के खिलाफ रिपोर्ट दर्ज कराई जाएगी। जिन कॉलोनाइजरों के खिलाफ पहले रिपोर्ट दर्ज है , उनका भी रेकॉर्ड खंगाला जा रहा है।
सीईओ ने बताया कि उन्हें मालूम हुआ है कि शाहबेरी एरिया में कॉलोनाइजर अथॉरिटी के अधिसूचित एरिया में अवैध रूप से कॉलोनी काट रहे हैं। शाहबेरी में करीब 1200 रजिस्ट्री पिछले दिनों हुई है। सीईओ ने बताया कि नोएडा , ग्रेटर नोएडा व ग्रेनो एक्सटेंशन अथॉरिटी का अधिसूचित एरिया है। इस एरिया में बिना इजाजत किसी भी प्रकार का निर्माण अवैध है। उन्होंने कहा कि अवैध कॉलोनी काटने वालों लिस्ट तैयार कराई जा रही है। इन लोगों के खिलाफ रिपोर्ट दर्ज कराई जाएगी। सबसे ज्यादा अवैध कॉलोनी शाहबेरी , चिपियाना , हैबतपुर , इटैडा , कुलेसरा , हल्दौनी , जलपुरा , सूरजपुर , तिलपता , कासना , देवला , गुलिस्तापुर के अलावा ग्रेनो एक्सटेंशन में दादरी , कटेहरा , चिटेहरा , रूपवास , गढ़ी , बढपुरा , धूममानिकपुर , छपरौला आदि स्थानों पर काटी जा रही है। दादरी में ही करीब 39 कॉलोनी अवैध रूप से काटी जा रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि अवैध कॉलोनियों पर जल्द ही बुलडोजर चलेगा।

kindly post the link of the link of the source...I am in touch with a
company you is cutting plots in Jalpura Village.
They cliam of paaki registry.....any idea how to check where this
area being developed by them is approved from Gr Noida Authority or
not ?
Any help in this concern wil be highly appreciable.
FYI: The company name is IFI Noida.

Mandeep,
You may get paaki registry but it does not mean you can build on it. Only you can do is 'grow aloo pyaaj'. To build it you have to get NA( Non Agriculture) permission + Map approval from Authority. Both the things cost too much money
if colony lay out is not passed by authority. In Tricity, it is impossible to do so as authorities are doing this job themselves. In nut shell, they are selling you agriculture plots (Khet) not residential plots. So, in my opinion it is certainly an unauthorized
colony which can be destroyed anytime. If you are interested in these type of properties, go for properties inside villages or it may be possible for properties which are back leased to farmers, I am not sure. Please check lease documents before making any
deal.
If you want to confirm whether layout is passed or not, your map will be approved or not, contact authority office. You will get your answers certainly. Otherwise you have RTI option open, it will take just 30 days maximum.
I would say," Don't go for these properties, it would be better to purchase small properties in Tricity in this budget."
