What is the exact location on map of the plots launched under new scheme measuring 120 sqm and 162 sqm ?

It is opp. to sec 18/20 on the other side of the expressway.

As per the map in this forum, it far away from sector 18/20, in jewar near the proposed Airport. 35+ kms from Pari Chawk.

Do not mis lead others Mr. Rajesh Kumar Singh. If you not have correct information, keep silent. Sector 22D is not more then 22 Km from Zero point and better location then Sector 18/20.

Dear Sansoi,

Please learn how to write comments on any forum, your words seems harsh to me. I have not misleading anyone here, I have just given the reference of the map of this forum. You could have simply proved the map wrong instead of using harsh words against me. Again as per the map Sector 22-A and 22-B are opposite Sector 18/20 and not sector 22-D.

The Premium of sector 18 & 20 is very low as compare to last four year i.e since 2011 of Bhatta- Parsaul incident due to which there is uncertainty of handing over plots to the allotees.However,if the litigation on the plots are over and developing of the sectors may start,then the premium of plots may over the govt.allotment rate i.e 14200/sq.m but it may take patience.Being my opinion,I am not ready to sell my plot even 10000 premium because if I sell it then I will certainly feel after five years when there will be no plots in the NCR Region due to Land acquisition policy.This area of Yamuna Expresswor will be boosted with number of Multinational companys which creats the demand of residential plots or floors.So you may keep patience.....

Disagreement with other members is acceptable, but direct accusation is not. Please paraphrase your sentence.
 
There was no need to say... “Do not mis lead others Mr. Rajesh Kumar Singh. If you not have correct information, keep silent.” You could have simply said... “I do not agree with Mr. Rajesh Kumar Singh. Sector 22D is not more then 22 Km from Zero point and better located than Sector 18/20.”... and that would have been sufficient.
 
Hope you understand the underlying purpose of this forum. Everyone is free to express one’s views. And others are free to counter express their views.

If you get possession, won't you have to start construction? I am not sure what are rules of penalty in old scheme but in new scheme penalty looks pretty high.

I believe as per below YEIDA direction ,

14 PERIOD OF CONSTRUCTION:-
The Allottee/Lessee will have to complete the construction of  50% of maximum permissible F.A.R area on the plot and obtain occupancy certificate from the Authority within three years from due date of execution of Lease Deed. In case the Lessee does not construct the building within prescribed time period, the extension of time can be granted on payment of extension charges at the following rates: 
 4% of the total premium of plot for the first year.  5% of the total premium of plot for second year.  6% of the total premium of plot for third year.  Beyond 3 years – 4% of sector rate per sq mt prevailing at time of grant of such extension
