Some questions may be as below:

 

1.The amount of enhanced compensation distributed till date, villages covered & land area covered in respect of sec 18 & 20 residential plots

2.No. of cases by the farmers pending in the court in respect of sec 18/20 plots

3.current status of the cases

4.The amount of enhanced compensation to be paid by the allottess, from when & the terms of payments

Atul is right..Only data type questions can be put in RTI..Authority will never answer Why,How types of questions

3. What is the detailed list of development work carried out by authority so far- roads, water, sever, Electriciry?

4. How will authority compensate buyers for delay beyond original possession date?
