Dear All,

Even I am one of them who has purchased plot in Sector-18 (Yamuna Expressway Plots) and that too in RESALE.

The biggest worry at this point of time is that there is lot of uncertainity in the matter. Nothing is clear....whether this agitation is on these plots also???

Whether the farmers have ever filed petitions in the court for these plots also??? Is there any source to find out whether these sectors 18 & 20 are also effected???

All these questions are very critical and we need answers...Who will answer??? I think answer lies with Yamuna Expressway authority & G.Noida authority only....

Moreover,these Plots have been allotted by the Authority themselves in 2009 November, and that too for Residential Purposes...So as per my assumption, the authority might not have changed the Land Use of these lands?? But I can just assume....Again Question arises that whether these sector lands have been Acquired in a proper way or not???? 

Its appreciating to see that people have made efforts for the association of this group...

May be I would not be able to attend the meeting today but still would try to join....Would request to pls post the Summary of Discussions, so that those who are not able to attend the meeting can be equally updated about the situation...

My request to the association is to put forward even the minutest of the criticalities and issues related to Yamuna expressway Plots (Sector-18 & 20).

I would definitely update on the group whatever I get to know through any source....

I beg to differ. The CEO has been transferred and not sacked.

Can u Pls forward me the post again wherein you have discussed about such questions I have asked in my earlier mail.

Its very critical for me right now to get some light on these issues...

I have gathered some information about the market scenario which has shown a deep fall in the rates of these plots day by day.

Now, its getting really panic situation...i mean no clue what action to take at this moment.... Kindly throw some light....
