Dear All,

i am purchasing a 300 Sq Mtrs plot in YEA on GPA. Plz. inform for all
the precuationary steps those can be taken to avoid any foreseen
issue. What are the stamp duty i have to pay for GPA.

How it can be linked to Transfer Process later On.

Is there any Bank giving loan against GPAs.
