NEW MAP OF SECTOR 18 & 20

Dear All,

 

Please find attached latest/new map of Sector 18 & 20, detailing all 21,000 plots.

 

This digital map is based on the physical map provided by Yamuna Expressway Authority. I have tried to incorporate all details as provided in the original paper map. You may find slight variations at some places. All such variations and changes are reflection of the changes in the said physical map.

 

You may also find some plot numbers / road details slightly shifted on the right / below. Those are because of some technical issues. I am working on it and shall upload updated map as and when I am able to solve the said issue.

Great corruption work by UP administration  , change entire map by taking advantage of premium location and make additional plots at good location . UP  remain a corrupt state and always corruption is at peak. Designing is very poor.

Thus new locations for 13 plots ie plot No. 50,58,71,72,146,163,186,187,188,189,190, 199 and 268 have not been found in the Map. What is the implication of these missing numbers? Is there similar case for other plots in other sectors?

I need your expert advice regarding transfer of the plot in sec 22D. I am a buyer for the plot. Do you know if transfer is possible from main allottee to any third person without having ATL done? (As ATL can be done only when the possession of the plot is given and this will be given after 3 years).

What is the procedure to transfer the plot .

Strangely I too cant find the said plot number in the new map.

 

My suggestion is that you file an RTI with the authority seeking (a) if the plot location has been changed and (b) if yes, then where.

Respt. Sir,

     I am quite confused as earlier my plot was located near the yamuna expressway 100 metr Rd where sector A and B are showing in the MAP now. In the MAP now it has been shifted to some other location. Is this MAP correct? Now pocket 1 ( A) , sec. 18 has been shifted near 5A. I have some doubts about the authenticity of the MAP. Please help. 

    My second question is that Last time I could not deposit my July 2015 installment. Now I want to pay the amount along with 1,00,000 compensation. How to calculate my penalty amount on installment and 1,00,000 separately.

The map provided is refined copy of the map provided by the authority.

 

I have also posted the map provided by the authority.

 

To the best of my knowledge, there has been many changes in the location of pockets/blocks and individual plots, all across Sector 18 & 20.

 

Should you have any doubt, you may like to clarify the same by approaching the authority or by filling RTI.
