What Happened to RPS- 03/2016 Scheme for Sector 17 A?

YEIDA confirmed the possession of the plot in sector 17 A "after 3 years from the issue of allotment letter", but we are in 2020, and no news or update on this so far. All payment was done in full right at the time of issuance, the email (que...@yamunaexpresswayauthority.com) doesnt work - no one responds on this, there is no phone number that anyone answers to.

Can someone please tell me when would actual possession be done, considering the fact this is the 4th year running now from the issuance of allotment letter?

I heard another two year YEIDA will take for handover of our plots, please some one who is near by noida or noida please take initiative to discussed with lawyer & YEIDA team, if thay will deliver after five year or six year then who will pay loan amount bank interest rate for extra years.
