Dear All Freinds,

I dont see any development for atleast next 5 years. Rather new Gimmicks like Airport, Metro etc are popping up. With so many challenges, litigations, lack of funds, corruption, change in map, new new plans, bureacracy and last is political nexus  etc I dont think untill the data is good for the project to take off the hurdles will remain. 

8 years down the line our age grew and priority also changed. Forget about profit etc you cant even takeout the principal.

Recent news of airport failed to enthu the buyers. except announcement nothing is happening. Kaagaz ke sher hai yeh make in india wale. Bewakoof samajhte hain buyers ko.

I lost a big opportunity in investing appropriately in my life. Moreover this area is also full of horrors and soulkilling episodes by private builders. The road is full of Bhoots by lot of accidents. Morally this area can never be rewarding. It shouldnt be.

Why are you so negative.  At present property  is down everywhere in India.  This is not only in Yeida. Even,  in lot of areas the rates are down than two to three years back.  We are happy that we are in safe hands.  See the buyers of jaypee group.  Twenty five thousand investors are in very bad condition due to investing of lot of money in jaypee.  Thank god that we are better than these investors.  At least our money is safe and whenever there will be increase in property,  definitely we will be winner.

I am working in construction company. In most of the sites there is mishappening,   but after completion of site residents lives happily. Regarding dreaming,  airport news is not dream.  It is reality.  Metro is not dream,  it is reality.  Soon possession of plots is not dream,  it is reality.

Many basic life needs are killed/ medical urgencies are killed/ age is killed/ money is killed etc etc etc. If you dont get justice and money on time it is of no use. Government cannot do what private builders do.....Lets not compare this project with Jaypee etc. Nowhere in India is such a case of Govt plots.

Content of Mr.Khanna's write-up is definitely bitter. But, all these don't deserve legal or police action. One will have to agree that all 2009 allottees have been suffering for long a lot of pain inside their heart in a very silent manner. Where is offence when someone expresses his anger through pen without hurting anyone. Do you really feel that YEA officials are not responsible for our misery? They will definitely offer thousand excuses . But, GOD definitely know their activity. Position has recently improved. Previously, bribes were openly demanded at the counter even for updation of record.

We all are sailing in the same boat and no one is happy about it. I understand that. Everyone understands that.

However, many a time one's words can get one in trouble. Every grow up and mature person understands that.

Personally, I sympathise with Mr. Yogesh Khanna. Naturally the water has crossed the limits for him.

As a moderator I'm under obligation to moderate the group and ensure that the conversation stays within legal limits.

Since Mr. Yogesh Khanna has openly claimed that... YEIDA killed many before construction! ... which wasn't relevant or explained at the time. His statement has been left open for anyone to interpret in any manner.

Please also be informed that many authority officials maybe part of this group (as I have been told in past), as a moderator I am responsible to ensure that no harm is caused to this group because of someone's choice of poor words and weak explanation.

In past legal and policw actions have been initiated against many on social media because of same reasons. Just ensuring the moderators did their job.

One will have to agree that all 2009 allottees have been suffering for long a lot of pain inside their heart in a very silent manner. Where is offence when someone expresses his anger through pen without hurting anyone. Do you really feel that YEA officials are not responsible for our misery? They will definitely offer thousand excuses . But, GOD definitely know their activity. Position has recently improved.
