Full payment queries

I am planning to make full payment for my 300 m plot via Bank. Please
answer few queries regarding it:
1. How can i get the letter of authorisation from YEIDA for it.
2. What will be the final payment amount now. I have made the payment
of Registration amount and first installament under plan 02.
3. Will i get 2% discount now?

Dear Vivek!
Answers to your questions...
1. Please write a letter to Manager (Property) of your sector, requesting
him to permit you to prepay the balance amount without interest. Kindly
attach a photocopy of your allotment letter, photocopies of your payments,
NOC from bank, if applicable.
2. In the letter you write to Manager (Property), kindly request him to
details the amount payable (without interest) and the last date of payment.
3. No, 2% discount is not applicable now.

Thanks for your prompt response. What if the Bank does not approve and
YEIDA approves my request for payment through loan.Can i switch back
to my original Payment plan?
