Doea anybody have any idea about this 4500 acre township 10 minutes
away from Indrapuram on NH24 known as Wave City

Wave City (Hi Tech City Ghaziabad) all set to make waves in NCR region

Wave City NH-24 is one project that would give run for the money to
all the big projects in NCR region. While most of the NCR cities reel
under severe power cuts round the year, this Hi Tech city claims to
provide uninterrupted power supply to residents. While most cities
grapple with bad roads, this city would provide paved roads for high
quality riding surfaces. While many cities grapple with water supply
woos, it claims to provide uninterrupted water supply as well.
For those high fliers who are not satisfied with only the basic
necessities of life (sadak, bijlee, paani), the city would provide 18-
hole golf course, a medicity, a sports academy, a music academy, spa,
edutainment parks and a dozen other leisure and recreation facilities.
If you are thinking that this would cost fortune to own beyond Rs
100,000 per sq yard, many get a surprise of their life when they
realize this experience is available at just about Rs 18,000 sq yd

related to this project in whatever way, we are covering this project
just to keep a close watch on this project if it can deliver so much
that is being promised at such unbelievable prices or are the
investors being taken for a ride? One can either love this project or
hate it- but it cannot be ignored since the city is spread over 4500
acre- dwarfing any other development that has taken place in NCR
region.Chadha group which is till date known for building wave cinema
and centre stage mall in Noida is all geared up to be counted amongst
the biggies of NCR like DLF, Unitech and JP. Watch this space.
Background of UP Hi Tech City Policy
The Government of Uttar Pradesh conceived a plan for the development
of Hi-Tech Townships throughout the State. The basic idea was to ease
the congestion in the existing towns which had failed to provide the
desired infrastructure like roads, electricity, water, sanitation,
pollution free environment, traffic congestion etc.,.To meet the
growing demand of new towns and houses with state of the art
infrastructure.
Keeping in view the same, the Government of Uttar Pradesh decided to
invite bidders from throughout the country for developing new modern
towns in the State.
While MoUs have been signed with Sahara India Commercial Ltd for
Lucknow and Kanpur, Sun-city hi tech for Ghaziabad and Mathura, Ansal
Properties and Infrastructure Ltd at Lucknow, Uppal Chadda group at
Ghaziabad, Unitech Ltd at Agra and Varanasi and IVRCL-Nursi at Agra,
DPRs have only been approved for both the Ghaziabad project and of
Mathura and IVRCL-Nursi at Agra.
Hi Tech City Ghaziabad (Wave City-NH24)
Now on the basis of the selection by the High Powered Committee, the
Govt. of U.P. has earmarked land measuring more than 4500 acres in
Ghaziabad to be developed as a Hi-tech township to Uppal Chadha
group.Chadha Wave Inc group is now developing the Hi Tech City
Ghaziabad project and has given the name to the project as "Wave City
NH-24Upon completion of necessary land acquisition, GDA has now
approved the DPR (Detailed Project Report) in Oct 10 for 1650 acres
(Phase 1) of Wave City. Subsequently Chadha group has allotted the
plot to the applicants (starting from from Oct10) to all those who
have applied for the plots in 2005. The group would be formally
launching the project in late Jan 11 and expected to launch the plots
at Rs 18000-19000 per sq yard.
Wave Hi Tech City also known as Wave City is one of the biggest
commercial and residential project in Ghaziabad. Wave Hi-Tech City is
among the largest integrated city development projects being developed
in the NCR region. Wave Hi Tech is located in the NH 24 road
Ghaziabad. Wave city will span more than 4500 acres with all the
modern infrastructure and lifestyle facilities.
Wave City is being developed by one of the largest real estate company
of India Wave Infratech Pvt Ltd. The first phase of Wave Hi-tech City
