Stilt Parking Mandatory in Greater Noida for construction on plots 200m and above

Hi All,

I need your guidance on mandatory stilt parking rule in Greater Noida for Independent Houses 200m and above.
I am planing to build a house on a 200m plot in Swarn Nagri I recently purchased, I have got to know that stilt parking is mandatory now in Greater Noida.
I was already planing for a dedicated parking for two big cars,  one 2-wheeler and recommended open areas as per the building by-laws of GNIDA but without stilt parking.
I think this is going to increase construction cost and I haven't noticed in the GNIDA Building by-laws that stilt parking is mandatory.
Is the parking space 2 Cars+1 2-wheeler and open areas as per by-laws are not sufficient to get the approvals for the plan and house construction?
Can it be challenged if authority doesn't approve the plan or any way out to get the approval without stilt parking?
