Payment of premium

Hi,

I had gone yesterday to HDFC bank at Suryakiran Building, Kasturba Gandhi Road for paying the next installment for YEIDA's plot.

I was told there that YEIDA is not collecting installments at that branch and I need to go to Greater Noida branch. Since I had a train to catch, I couldn't go to Greater Noida.

Every time before this I had deposited installment at Kasturba Gandhi Road.

Can anybody verify if was bank staff told me at Kasturba Gandhi road branch is true.

If so, don't we have any other option in Delhi? Do i need to travel to Noida / Greater Noida in order to pay my installment?

Hi Padmini,

If thats true then, its gonna be a great problem for allottes in Delhi area.
You can refer prospectus to see, if any other branches are accepting DD or not.

Meanwhile, this issue should be raised to YEIDA officials.

It's still about 20 days for the due dates, may be , they meant that
if you want to deposit now
you may have to go to the GN. They would start accepting around the
due dates.....

HDFC bank at Suryakiran Building, Kasturba Gandhi Road, New Delhi did
not accept installment for YEIDA plot. The due date was 19-Jun-2012.

I on 18-Jun-2012 had to go to the GN to deposit installment. Are there
banks in New Delhi accepting installment for YEIDA plots?

Just to add dates are not same for everyone. For payment plan-1 300 sq meter plot installment for 18-Jul-2012 is Rs76701.25.

I think, last date was 19 June for 1000 SM plots and it was to be deposited with OBC. I deposited at E-Block, CP.

I understand, last date for other plots are 17 July & 21 July.

cant earn more than 14% per year, then better to pay at once,
otherwise u can plan accordingly.

As per allotment letter following branches of HDFC were accepting YEA installments:

HDFC Bank Ltd, G-3/4, Suryakiran Building, 19 K.G Marg, New Delhi - 110001

HDFC Bank Ltd, Vatika Atrium, A-Block, Golf Course Road, Sector - 53, Gurgaon - 122002

I talked with somebody from revenue department of YEIDA today and he said that I need to come to Greater Noida to make payment.

I am not sure if payment is not being taken at Noida branch, but I plan to go tomorrow to Noida and if unable to deposit installment then to Greater Noida.

Lets see how it works out.

I went to Greater Noida Alpha Plaza today to make the payment.

The Bank officer there said that people should be there in KG Road branch in January and July for collecting the installments. If you are paying in any other month you will have to go to Greater Noida. I am not going to Delhi this time so I can't tell if they are taking payments there.
