About oasis grandstand sec 22 yamuna exp way

YEIDA , please inform about legality of oasis grandstand flats being constructed in sec 22 of YEIDA ...
It is being delayed too much . While launch date of completion was Dec 2017 , extended upto Jun 18 but in RERA it is shown as Dec 2019. But looking the progress of site , I dont think that it will be completed in time .
Can any one tell about reliability of builder and project.
I booked flat in construction linked plan and 50 percent payment is done. Now I am holding the payment bcoz I dont have faith now so I did not pay rest of demands from builder and want to pay at last when project is really seems to be completed. Is it okay on my part ?
There are some sources say that they have some issues with YEIDA regarding payment of authority and land issues too .

Sir,
I have also booked a flat in Oasis grand stand.
Some times before a audit was conducted by authority and found that around 8 crore of rupees for this project, deposited by flat owners, was used in other project, which is in the greater noida.
Now it is completed and possession is offering for the same.
From the last one or two months construction of Oasis grand stand project is in progresss now.
Hope this hope full.
