Dear Mr. Sharma,

 

We wholeheartedly welcome active and continuous participation by individuals seeking justice for 21,000 allottees, in way of justified policies by the authority, district administration, state revenue department and the state government.

 

We have always encouraged such participation and continue to do so. More the merrier.

 

That said, going by my personal experience of the past 9 years, I can confidentially tell you that such participation is often high pitched in online foras and extremely shortlived on the ground.

 

Please dont take this as sarcasm or crticism. I'm only stating the reality. At least of the past.

 

In fact, not just the participation on the ground gets diminished quickly, the participation online too gets dimnished quickly as well.

 

Honestly, if that wasn't the case, we would have achieved a lot more than we have till now.

 

Let me give you couple of examples:

 

1. Online: We have multiple times requested group members to bombard the authority by RTIs to extract all sort of relevant information relating to 21,000 plots in Sectors 18 & 20. I have personally uploaded the RTI form multiple times.

 

The result? In the last 7 years we have recieved only 2 RTI and it's reply from our members.

 

Again, this is not criticism. Just stating the facts.

 

2. Offline: YERWA has arranged dozens of public meetings with the Chairman and CEO to convey the plight and views of 21,000 plot owners. And push the authority to act swiftly in the court and on ground.

 

On the first occasion around 45 people participated. Over the years, the number fell steadily. Last time I called people to participate in such meeting, only 5 people turned up.

 

Now, even the authority doesn't take us as seriously as they did in the past.

 

 

Sir, let me take this opportunity to convey to general public that we are eager, rather desperately waiting, for larger participation by people.

 

And we are not tired of standing for our collective rights, but genuinely very tired of repeatedly answering the same questions online. There has to be some limit and older members must also participate in spreading the information.

 

Let me again provide an example:

 

Last few days has witnessed a lot of resentment against the authority for delayed possession. People (specially members who have recently joined the group) are raising questions but NOT a single old member answered their questions.

 

Is it only handful of us (less than half a dozen) responsible to answer all repeated questions and queries, day after day, month after month, year after year?

 

Do we not have a life of our own?

 

Why are we demonized if we don't answer few REPEATED questions?

 

 

It is easy to judge and comment on others, sitting in the comfort of one's home/office. Entirely different ball game contributing on the ground, day after day, month after month, year after year.

 

Again, just stating the facts.

 

That said, let's once again test the waters and see how many of us are actually serious and capable of contributing positively and steadily.

 

Let all of us, send RTIs, literally in hundreds (can be easily done as we are over 4000 in this group alone) to the authority demanding information about everything and anything to do with 21,000 plots in Sectors 18 & 20.

 

Once we start getting replies and relevant information, let us compile all such information and use it to our benefit while representing ourselves on various platforms.

 

This is the simplest and the easiest thing to do. One doesn't need to leave the comfort of one's home or office. One doesn't need to spend his or her precious time or money in travelling and meeting government officials.

 

All one needs to do is demand whatsoever information he or she needs or normally demands on this forum.

 

Let's see how many of us actually make an effort to send RTIs and come up with information from the authority.

 

That will tell how many of us are actually serious about early possession and how many of us are just speaking to speak.

It is great to see you getting to work so fast.

I have noticed some lacunae in your application that will give the authority to give you vague response. I am giving below my suggestions. I have included details as available to me. You may include these as required.

1. the Scheme name is " YAMUNA EXPRESSWAY INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY RESIDENTIAL PLOT SCHEME 2009(1)"

 The matter under subject1 is merely a statement. The required information should be asked for beginning with "Please provide---". The request may be worded as

The scheme was launched in the year 2009. As per the Allotment-Cum-Allocation Letter dated Nov 2009 it was stated that 'The possession of the allotted plot in case of Payment Plan 1, Payment Plan 2 or opting for cash down payment shall be handed over only after deposition of 75% of the total premium (inclusive of the registration money) of the allotted plot or after 04 years from date of issue of this letter, whichever is later."

The website of YEIDA gave the possession schedule in the year 2017 for some plots out of the total 21000 plots allotted in the said scheme.

Please provide the 

i. List and number of plots that have been handed over till date along with the date of handing over of the plots and

ii. Updated possession schedule for the remaining plots

2. The request for information under subject 2 may best be asked for as "There are changes to the original published map in that the location of some of the plots has been shifted. Please provide the latest map covering the plots  allotted under the said residential plot scheme 2009(1)

3. The request under subject 3 may best be asked for as 

"We the allottees have paid our regular installments as per the said letter of Allotment - Cum - Allocation along with 12% interest for the said installments. The last installment was to be paid in Jan 2018. 

It was notified on 20 Jul 2015 that in view of the fact that YEIDA has to pay enhanced compensation of Rs 1330 per sq M in 4 installments to the farmers whose land was being acquired for the said scheme 2009(1) starting Oct 2015  in compliance with supreme court directions. The number of installments was changed to 8 vide YEIDA letter dated 01 Apr 2016. The last installment for the enhanced compensation would be over by 30 Apr 2019.

As per details provided on the website of YEIDA the development status as on 23 May 2018 was

A. For Sector 18: number of plots under development- 679 out of 11518 plots. Plots under dispute because of Land compensation - 5050

B. For Sector 20: total plots: 10941, number of plots under development-7679, fully developed plots - 266, Plots unde dispute for land compensation: 2996

Please provide sector wise details for Total plots, plots under dispute for land compensation issues, fully developed plots that have been handed over/ are ready for giving for handing over for possession, plots under development, and handing over schedule for the plots 

And also provide sector wise details for settlement of land dispute cases along with details of funds disbursed.

Dear Sir

Is CM coming to Noida on 4 Aug 2018? where is his office in Noida?

My humble suggestions if the objective is to meet him/ apprise him of our troubles. 

Then you should be prepared with a memorandum that you can hand over to him not more than one page + a not more than 2 minutes brief that you can speak up in front of him to present your grievance. 

The placard should also be designed in a manner to somehow motivate him to speak to you rather than the police shooing you away. For example: "Waiting since 2013 for our plots from YEIDA - Please HELP"

CM is not coming to noida. As 4th August is weekend(saturday) and I think , most of the people are available for gathering to Protest on road againt YEA and by using Placard so that our Voice should reach to CM(Mr. YOgi)
