Map of Sector 20, Yamuna Expressway YEIDA

Hi All...

 

Finally... I'm able to upload the map of Sector 20, YEIDA (Yamuna Expressway).

 

I'll uploading them one by one, in next few minutes.

 

There are 6 maps in all. 1 map of entire Sector 20 and 5 maps of different blocks (A-E)

 

Please Note:

 

1. Block A has 125 plots of 4000 sq. mt.

 

2. Block B has 300 plots of 2000 sq. mt.

 

3. Block C, Block D & Block E has 1250 plots of 1000 sq. mt.

 

I would also like to apologise for NOT SO GOOD quality. Complete map size is over 700 mb. I had no choice but to reduce the size to upload the map.

 

But, by reducing the size of the entire sector map, plot numbers became completely fazed. Therefore, I am also uploading separate maps of each block.

Dear Safal,
Thank you very much for taking the time to share this map with our
YEIDA group. Good to see, you water-marked the jpegs, so that it
doesn't get copied on the web.

There is a GN based RE agent (without naming) has advertised sector 20
in such a way, that google search is picking it up as a news article.
Saw a miniature version of the map there however, your uploaded map
gave me a clearer picture of the area and could read the numbers.

Few things I noticed so far are:

1) Only 2 plots of 4000 SQM are facing YEW (which is a good thing).
Others are lined away from YEW.

2) Also 2 plots of 2000 SQM are facing YEW.
These 4 plots are 'lion shaped' plots as per vaastu are not good. It
eats away your wealth.

3) Block A - 4000 SQM - 3 Extra Plots allotted (Total 128)

4) Block B - 2000 SQM - 2 Extra Plots allotted (Total 302).

5) Block C - 1000 SQM - 282 Plots
Block D - 1000 SQM - 456 Plots
Block E - 1000 SQM - 512 Plots

Total 1000 SQM Plots - 1250 (No Extra Plots)


6) Block F - 300 SQM - 747 Plots
Block G - 300 SQM - 556 Plots
Block H - 300 SQM - 465 Plots

Block K - 300 SQM - 740 Plots

Group Housing = 17.25 HA - Very good location
Group Housing = 4.50 HA - Good location.
Group Housing = 3.10 HA
Group Housing = 0.93 HA

Shopping Arcade = 25.0 HA
Plots SQM Added = 605.5 HA

Total revenue generating land = 656 HA

So, YEIDA is following GN Standard of allotting (sell-able) 65% of
total Sector area (which is 1000 HA).



Parsaul Village = 38.3 HA
Chandpur Village = 13.9 HA
Accepur Village = 12.8 HA
These 3 villages exists in the 1000HA sector however it is not
considered revenue generating.


All I can say is, IFF YEIDA could muster up the economic development
front and gets populated in next 10 years, I can see that Sector 20
will be an un-matched / enviable neighborhood of NCR.

What was being discussed earlier that 300 and 500 sq. mt. plots will be spread in both the sectors was just a rumour or does it still hold true?

Hi Arnab,
There is Block Q in sector 20 which has 283 nos of 500sqm plot. so
all the 500sqm plots are located in sector 20.

Hi Norris...

F, G & H will be THE prime blocks for 300 sq. mt. Over a period of 5 odd
years... they are expected to command almost 30-40% extra premium over other
300 sq. mt. plots.

R, S, T & U will be good 500 sq. mt. block. Q will be marginalized because
of size and location.

That's my take... others may think differently.

Another comment from my non-member NRI friend, regarding the Sector
Map:

that viewpoint.

Amazing this is just one sector in YEIDA.

Done a great job and the picture quality is very good when viewed blok
wise.

When do we have the previlage of your great work for the maps of plots
size 300 and 500.
as ihv also applied for 300 sqm plots please let me have the view of
the details of those sector.

Dear Mr. Naveen,

I have the maps of entire Sector 18 and Sector 20. However, presently am
unable to scan and upload it due to lack of time.

Also, it seems that thieves from the parallel Google group stole earlier
maps (Block A, B, C, D, E and Sector map) and uploaded in their own forum,
again, with their own name (racingdude).

Please, give me sometime to find a solution to the menace. Once I figured a
solution and find sometime to work on the maps, will upload them. You can be
assured, the maps will be uploaded before the draw takes place on the 17th
November.

that’s E-431 (ur comments requested), I have few queries for all

First query how can I know the direction of my plot east-west facing

Next query my interest to buy next plot to my allotted one that’s is
