Is Flat/Plot with No. 13 really unlucky?

Dear All,

Whether a flat/Plot with no.13 or 13A, 13B, 13C, etc., is really
unlucky to buy?

Please share your views and experiences.

I came to know that, any builders also skip naming the 13th floor and
give it a no. like 12A or something.

Its upto you how you think... My house number is B 13 and that is very lucky for me.

Its not unlucky to buy no 13, but people face dififculty in selling
number 13 properties...
My close relative is strugling to sell flat on 13th floor, so he
decided to rent this out.
To add to this , he is also strugling to find tenants ...
