Dear Sri Harpreet ji,
Last month a send my lifetime membership application form alongwith a
cheque of Rs. 5000/-, identity and address proof at the mentioned Chi-
Phi address through DTDC courier. The courier was returned as they
could not find the address and expected mobile/contact number. Last
week, we have sent back the same as a fresh courier by mentioning the
Name and mobile number of Sri Harpreet Singh Guller ji.
Request please to confirm the receipt of the same.
